About Allan
I know what it's like to wait for an invitation.
For years, I waited for someone to tell me I was ready. Then I stopped waiting.

The story
I tried out for professional soccer teams in Scotland. I worked as a Mandarin interpreter and translator. I taught kindergarten. I did open mics in comedy clubs to face my biggest fear: public speaking.
None of those doors opened because someone invited me in. I walked through them anyway. I call it Party Crashing.

Party Crash
Then I spent more than 20 years leading safety teams at Fortune 500 companies like Stanley Tools and Wood, managing teams in English and Mandarin on four continents. In safety, speaking up is not a nice idea. It can save a life.
Today I help organizations get their people to stop waiting and start creating, safely.
